the plan

Website design is the process of creating graphic and text content for presentation in a browser over the World Wide Web using a hypertext markup language.

There are many resources available on the Internet you can use in building a Web site. Our mission on the following pages is to list the major steps and identify the resources and tools we use in our own Web development.

These resources and tools are free because they are either in the public domain or published under a creative commons license.

They help you design, layout, and manage your Web site, create textual and graphical content to place on it and test and debug your pages.

The steps:

  1. Obtain a website template
  2. Obtain images
  3. Write the Content
  4. Use a good Editor
  5. Editing images
  6. Publish and test
