Validate the html markup using the W3C Markup Validation Service, and the CSS using the W3C CSS Validation Service.

Before going live be sure to test on multiple browsers. You can download several browsers on your own computer. You can also go to  browsershots.org which will take a screen shot of your web page in different browsers and post them for your inspection.

The steps:

  1. Obtain a website template
  2. Obtain images
  3. Write the Content
  4. Use a good Editor
  5. Editing images
  6. Publish and test
